These mono screen prints are made by drawing or painting directly onto an open mesh silk screen, then using a squeegee to push the ink through onto the paper. The colours and textures achieved by this method cannot be made by simply painting,
I print several different colours and layers, sometimes blocking off areas with torn paper or using hand made stencils to create original art works, these prints are not part of an edition, they are one offs.
